The staff here are incredibly friendly, and they offer a shuttle service to the nearby parks.

The location was marvellous, next to the park with easy access to a big supermarket and a supermarket. Everything was great, yet a few employees were dishonest. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from the airport.

Recently renovated and stunningly beautiful venue, good location not far from park, good restaurants within walking distance, Universal and other attractions, and Universal Orlando. Large breakfast, a lot of food and beverages. True 3-star experience, outstanding service. The shuttle to the parks, well-maintained pool.

The location is great for exploring around the area, within walking distance to dining, shopping, theme parks, and public transportation, and the room includes a pull-out couch.

I will not change anything to this hotel rooms where clean, staff very friendly, and breakfast hot and fresh.. very closed to the parks I cannot complaint this will be my number one choice every time We go to Orlando.

Clean, fair price, and close to Universal Studios.

The gentleman at the check in counter was a bit rude, and acted like he didnt understand why we were asking him questions.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to the Theme Parks and a large supermarket nearby.

Location is very close to Universal Studio, so very convenient. Receptionist was Ukraine guy. He was very nice, kind man, does very quick response.

No fridge. (But I requested, we had it soon.)

The location was great because it allowed us to walk to and from Universal Studios. The walk was not short, but it allowed us the freedom to come and go as we liked without paying for parking or relying on the hotel shuttle.

The beds were not firm, the pool was a little dirty, and we had to ask for extra toilet paper.

The room was comfy and immaculate, with a pull-out couch. Outstanding food and excellent service. The awesome staff provided extra care. The location was awesome for our visit to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, just a short distance from the hotel.

Reasonably priced hotel located so close to Universal Orlando Resort, many restaurants, and convenience stores like Walgreens. Extremely comfy beds in our king room. Outstanding and tasty food for breakfast.

This place is absolutely stunning and quite clean, and I had a great time here; the pool was well taken care of and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to check in early when we arrived an hour before our scheduled check-in time. The location was perfect for our visit to Universal Studios, with plenty of restaurants in the area. The free breakfast had a great variety of food and set us up for the day ahead. We also appreciated the free shuttle to Universal, although it did get crowded at times. Another highlight was the late check-out, allowing us to relax and not rush out first thing in the morning. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
